Hi, I’m Emily Pedersen - a wife and mom raising four teenage boys who play a lot of sports and have endless appetites!  My journey into nutrition and wellness began in 2015, driven by a commitment to make healthier choices for my family.

Mastering the art of reading food labels and identifying harmful ingredients ignited a profound passion for evidence-based nutrition, holistic wellness, and lifestyle strategies that truly optimize health. Then, I took this knowledge to dig deep into my son’s ADHD symptoms.  Through tons of research and lots of trial and error, I learned firsthand how to support my son through nutrition and lifestyle tweaks, including supplements.  I saw how this can calm the storm, sharpen focus, and unlock potential.
